The Marlins scored all six of their runs in the fourth with two outs. Hernandez singled to open the inning and Nelson retired the next two batters before Caissie lined a 370-foot homer to right.
Javier Sanoja singled and Hicks was hit by a pitch before Lopez singled in Sanoja. Stowers capped the rally with a 425-foot homer into the upper deck in right field for a 7-0 lead. Caissie's sacrifice fly in the fifth made it 8-0.
